SCIL Matriculation Boys Senior Branch

Alhamdulillah, SCIL has been successfully running its Matriculation Program since 2022. It is a comprehensive two-year program in which each subject is taught across both grades — IX and X. Students appear for their examinations in two parts: SSC-I (Secondary School Certificate Part I) at the end of Grade IX, and SSC-II (Secondary School Certificate Part II) at the end of Grade X. The examination body for the program is BISE (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education), Lahore.

Character and Personality Development

TAKMEEL E QURAN

  • Upon joining the Matriculation stream, students continue their Qur’anic education through a compulsory subject, Tarjuma-tul-Qur’an, in which they study selected Surahs over a span of two years.
  • After the completion of the Tarjuma-tul-Qur’an syllabus, the remaining portion of the Qur’an is covered through online or onsite sessions to ensure complete Qur’anic recitation,

Note: The Takmeel-e-Qur’an Certificate is awarded only to students who maintain 100% attendance in the Qur’an completion classes.

In-House Assessment Plan
  • Regular Class Tests – Conducted routinely to monitor ongoing understanding and progress.
  • Bimonthly Tests – Held twice a month, carrying half-board weightage.
  • Term Finals – Comprehensive exams with full-board weightage.
  • Chapter-wise Tests – Focused assessments after the completion of each chapter.
  • Preliminary Exams – Serve as practice rounds before the final board examinations.
  • MCQs-Based Tests – Objective-type assessments carrying 100 marks.
  • Pre-Board Exams – Final preparatory exams conducted with full-board weightage.

Parents are consistently kept informed about class test results. Each student receives individual attention and guidance in a nurturing Islamic environment.
