• SMD Room:

We use interactive smart-boards to enhance learning, engagement and collaboration.

• Library/Reading Area:

To foster a love for reading and supporting early literacy, there is a well-equipped library and a comfortable reading area in all the classes that provides an ideal atmosphere for students to read.

• Montessori Area/ Stem Room:

SCIL Preschool has a Montessori area and a Stem room that supports hands-on and exploratory learning. Montessori area fosters independent discovery and real world skills through a prepared environment, while stem room provides a space for more focused and project-based inquiry in science.

• Sensory Room:

We have dedicated a calming space that is equipped with multi-sensory resources to help students regulate their emotions and sensory needs, improve focus and to develop essential motor and social skills.

• Computer lab:

The computer lab typically features child-friendly computers, tablets and software that introduces children to essential technology concepts and digital literacy. It’s a fun and interactive space where students can explore and learn basic computer skills through educational games and activities.

• Play Area:

Preschool children play in a safe and secure environment, designed especially for the enjoyment and capabilities of young children.

Learning beyond the Classroom

• Morning Assemblies:

In morning assemblies, we focus on Islamic values through short speeches, nasheeds and role plays to teach Islamic concepts like the Attributes of Allah, the Sunnah and Hadith and how they can be incorporated in daily life. These practices are designed to build a strong foundation of faith and character for young students.

• Sports and Recreation:

Our sports activities are designed to be fun and engaging focusing on developing motor skills and teamwork rather than intense competition. Every year we organize a grand sports day in stadium where students take part in different races, PT exercises and other performances.

• Annual Presentation:

To showcase students’ talent and to boost their confidence we organize a grand event every year where students take part in different activities like stage plays, speeches, nasheed performances, skits and much more.

• Ramazan Programme:

During Ramazan we decorate our school according to Ramazan theme, plan Pre-Ramazan parties, moon sighting activities and assign a special room for Ramazan Zikr and Ibadah for our children.

• Eid Celebrations:

Students discuss about the Sunnahs of Eid ul fire and Eid ul Adha. Gifts and donations for poor and needy people are arranged to make students understand the importance of sharing and sympathy in our deen.

• Field trips:

Every year we arrange educational/ recreational trips for our little explorers to improve their social and observational skills.

• Clubs:

Every year we offer Art and craft, Public speaking, Gymnastics and Cooking clubs for our students to foster social, emotional and cognitive development by providing a structured environment for children to interact with peers and learn essential skills.

• Workshops for mothers support and guidance:

We arrange Phonics and Tajweed Workshops for our mothers also to give them the opportunity to gain insight into the curriculum and latest teaching methodologies.

• Art Exhibition:

Every year we organize an art exhibition to celebrate children’s creativity and to show case their skills.

• Parent Teacher Conference:

To create a collaborative partnership between parents and teachers that support a child’s overall development, we organize parent teacher conference twice a year.

• Fun and entertaining events:

Our dedicated team arranges different fun events for the mothers and sibling of our students like Fun Fair, Colour Day, Fruit Day, Winter gala, Autumn party, Art splash, Grand Parents Day, Storytelling sessions, Spring festival and much more.
